WHAT WE OFFER

Here at Eager Beaver Fitness we offer a wide range of dance based fitness classes that we know you’ll love once you’ve given them a go.

Clubbercise

Bringing the night out to your workout. Dance and have fun to classic floor-fillers from the likes Venga Boys to Showtech. This class uses glowsticks and is held in a nightclub style environment.

Fitsteps

Created by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe from the infamous BBC programme Strictly Come Dancing, Fitsteps is a ballroom and Latin inspired dance fitness class. You’ll get to learn dances such as the cheeky Cha Cha, the beautiful Waltz and the ever energetic Jive. What’s even better is that you don’t need ANY dance experience or a partner. Just come along and give it a go.

Fitsteps FAB

Just like Fitsteps, Fitsteps FAB (For All Bodies) is a danced based class, however, the dances you’ll learn are lower impact. You’ll get to learn dances such as the Bosa Nova, the Swing Jive and the Charleston.

Powerbands

Created by Dominique Parlatt, Powerbands is the ultimate combination of cardio and resistance training. You choose your own intensity level with the different colour bands.

Funky Step

Created by Dominque Parlatt, Funky Step brings together dance based exercise and HIIT based exercise through the use of an aerobic step. This class is suitable for all and includes non step based moves for those less able bodied.

Meditation

Meditation classes are a means for you to take time for yourself and learn to be in the moment. The class involves both guided and self meditation, incorporating different themes each week.

Level 2 Exercise to Music

This qualification enables non branded classes such as Dance Fit and HIIT to be added to the timetable.

Ability not Disability

This CPD course enables the delivery of classes for those with additional learning needs (ALN) or special educational needs (SEND).
